Growth Architecture: Connecting Website, Search and CRM

A practical framework for connecting a business website, search, CRM and automation, with clear ownership, implementation dependencies and…

The Architecture of Growth CONSAI | CONSAI Agency

What growth architecture connects

CONSAI uses growth architecture to describe the relationships between a business website, discovery channels, inquiry handling, CRM and operational workflows. The purpose is to make those relationships explicit before adding more tools. It is an implementation framework, not a promise that every connected system will increase revenue.

Map the customer journey and the internal handover

Start with a customer need. Identify the page that answers it, the evidence supporting the offer and the next action a visitor can take. Then follow that action into the business: where is the inquiry stored, who owns it, what information is missing and how does the team know what happened?

The external journey and internal handover should share clear definitions. A booked call, a qualified opportunity and a signed project are different events. Naming them consistently prevents dashboards from presenting activity as revenue.

Define the connected layers

  • Website: understandable services, accessible navigation and reliable inquiry capture.
  • Discovery: crawlable pages, useful content and consistent company information.
  • CRM: contact context, ownership, stages and recorded next actions.
  • Automation: explicit triggers, controlled actions, exception handling and human escalation.
  • Measurement: documented events, agreed definitions and a comparable baseline.

Make dependencies visible

Before implementation, identify the source of truth for each record and the permissions needed to read or change it. Define how duplicate records, retries and temporary service failures are handled. An integration is incomplete if the team cannot see when it has failed or recover the affected work.

AI assistance adds another dependency: the output needs an appropriate verification process. Use reviewed information, constrain the allowed actions and preserve human approval for consequential commitments.

Deliver one useful path first

A practical starting point is one service page connected to a form, a CRM stage and an accountable follow-up process. Verify the published page, exercise the handover with agreed test data and check the resulting records. Expand only after the team can operate and measure that path.

Explore website architecture, search infrastructure, CRM implementation and automation delivery for the individual scopes. The portfolio describes delivered systems without substituting implementation details for measured business outcomes.
