Design for the customer's decision
Map the questions a buyer needs answered before an enquiry or purchase. Build distinct routes for different services and audiences, supported by specific proof. Navigation should use language the visitor understands rather than mirror the internal application architecture.
Keep publishing and discovery connected
A CMS change must reach the public frontend with the correct content, title, canonical URL and indexing directive. Protect established URLs during a migration and test the published response. A generated site needs an explicit build and release process, with rollback and clear ownership.
Verify the complete path
Acceptance includes content readability, keyboard access, mobile layout, form validation and the subsequent handover into operations. Consent-based analytics should be tested separately from essential form processing. After launch, use relevant enquiry and completion data to guide improvements.
