CONSAIAI Revenue & Operations System

Designed for buying intent

For UAE companies with recurring enquiries, a customer-facing team and revenue leakage caused by slow response, fragmented tools or inconsistent follow-up.

This is a defined first operating system. Broader CONSAI capabilities remain available when evidence shows they are required.

What changes

One commercial constraint. Four controlled outcomes.

01

One pipeline

Every qualified inquiry has an owner, stage and next action.

02

Faster response

Website, ads, email and WhatsApp enter one controlled workflow.

03

Less manual work

Routine qualification, reminders and handoffs run consistently.

04

Executive clarity

Leaders see response, pipeline and conversion signals in one view.

Defined implementation

What the starting scope includes.

Clear limits protect delivery quality, accountability and the promised decision window.

  1. 01One CRM workspace for up to 10 customer-facing users
  2. 02Up to two pipelines aligned to the actual sales process
  3. 03Up to three website, advertising or inquiry sources

  5. 05Up to three consent-aware email or WhatsApp follow-up sequences
  6. 06Up to five workflow automations and one executive dashboard
  7. 07Migration of up to 5,000 clean contacts supplied in a standard format
  8. 08Team onboarding, operating notes and launch verification

Decision questions

Before you commit.

Is the complete system guaranteed in 21 days?

The agreed operational scope can be released in 21 days when access, data, approvals and supported integrations are ready. Custom development or blocked third-party approvals require a revised delivery plan.

Can CONSAI work with our existing CRM?

Yes. We first assess whether the existing CRM can support the required process. If it can, we configure and connect it. If it cannot, we recommend a controlled migration rather than forcing automation onto a weak foundation.

Are WhatsApp and software fees included?

No. Provider licenses, Meta or WhatsApp charges, messaging usage and other third-party costs are paid directly by the client or listed separately.

Does this include unsolicited bulk messaging?

No. Follow-up is designed around lawful lead capture, documented consent, channel rules and clear opt-out handling.

What is required to start?

A responsible project owner, access to the relevant systems, a sample of current lead data, the actual sales process and timely approval of the implementation decisions.
